More than a conference announcement
The Grapevine Project was a website I built for a church conference. Alongside the conference information, it brought together a blog, email subscriptions, and registration.
The backend used PHP and MySQL. Blog posts were written in Markdown, and I connected email subscriptions through an email server.
Connecting the pieces
I also built conference registration and integrated PayPal. The project combined the public website with the practical functions behind it: publishing posts, keeping subscribers informed, and taking registrations.
The surviving homepage is shown here as part of my project archive. The conference details and offers in the screenshot are historical, not a current registration page.
